This really is a globe with a difference, well, a few differences. Scratch Globe is a gold foil coated map of the world which allows you to scratch off where you’ve been on your travels. When you’ve scratched off the country or continent you’ve been to, a rich and colourful map with geographical detail is revealed underneath. The globe can then sit on your desk, reminding you to visit more places so you can scratch off a bit more! Scratch Globe comes flat packed, ready to assemble so makes for an excellent gift for someone who aims to see the world or already has. Although even without any countries scratched off it still looks great on any desk or mantlepiece.

I’m in the UK, what are my delivery options?
Standard Service – £3.95
We ship everything in the UK via DPD on a standard courier service which requires a signature on delivery Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days but we do ask you to wait 7 working days before contacting Customer Service for assistance.
Next Day Service – £7.95
The cut off time for Next Day delivery is 11am Monday to Friday, so if you place an order for next day delivery at 11.01am on a Monday, it will ship on a Tuesday and arrive on a Wednesday.
At the moment we only offer delivery Monday to Friday, we’re looking into a Saturday delivery service but at the moment it’s not available. Sorry.
I’m really busy, who’s to say if I’ll be in or not to sign for my delivery – what happens if I’m out?
Our delivery carrier will leave you a ‘failed delivery’ card and also attempt a second delivery the next working day. If still unsuccessful they will take the parcel back to your nearest depot for collection within 5 days from the first delivery attempt. You’ll need to use the details on the card to arrange redelivery or collection at your convenience.
I’m NOT in the UK, what are my delivery options?
International shipping is all sent via UPS, prices vary according to the destination so the easiest way to see your delivery options is to head through to the basket summary page for a full list of destinations and prices. UPS require a signature upon delivery so we can not accept PO Box addresses.
You don’t ship to my country, why not?
Customs can be a pain in some countries so we can’t ship everywhere yet, check the shipping destination drop down on the basket summary for locations and prices. If you’re country isn’t on the list we are sorry, but we do review things and may add it in in the future.
I made a mistake and don’t want my order any more, what do I do?
We understand, it happens to the best of us. Just get in touch with the customer services team here (link to contact page) within 14 days of purchase and we will give you details of how to return the product. Remember to always obtain proof of postage and once we receive it we can issue a refund.
If you want to cancel an order you’ve made but not recieved please try to contact us as soon as possible, preferably within a couple of hours and we will do our best to stop it being packed and shipped.
My order arrived but it’s faulty / damaged – how are you going to fix it?
Oh no! Whether it’s damaged or faulty we’ll get it sorted. Just get in touch with customer services here (link to contact page) with a few pictures of the product – if the package was damaged in transit please take a few pictures of the outer delivery packaging too.
