How To Order

If you'd like to simply browse the site, then be our guest. To get started, simply click the 'Range Overview' button on the top left.

To see trade prices, and/or place an order online, you'll need to register first (if you have already done so, and know your password, just sign in by clicking the red 'sign in' button at the top of the screen).

Registering is simple and takes 30 seconds. Just click the orange 'register' button at the top of the screen, and give us some basic details. The yellow boxes require some input. Once you've submited the info, you will then immediately be issued with a password. Please right click and copy this (it will also be emailed to you for later safekeeping). Then click the blue underlined 'login page' link. When prompted, type your email address and paste the password you've just copied. You'll then have full access rights and can click 'browse our range' to then view the entire Luckies range, and add whichever items you fancy to your order basket.

Once you've finished adding items to you basket, check that all quantities are correct (these are pack quantities, rather than individual units), press the recalculate button, and then 'checkout' and follow the instructions to complete your transaction. You'll be able to give any special instructions or comments.

Your order will then be sent to us for processing. We'll email you a proforma invoice ASAP, with details of how to pay by cheque or BACS at your convenience.

Please note that our minimum first order value is £200 (ex VAT). Re-orders can be of any value. All orders of £200 or more are UK mainland carriage free. Orders below £200 ex VAT attract a £10 carriage charge. If you'd like us to ship to an address outside of the UK mainland, please ask for a carriage quote first.
