Smartphone Projector 2.0 is suitable for use with iOS and Android compatible smartphones (please note: both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will fit inside this product). Phone brightness must be turned up to 100% and for maximum effectiveness use in a dark room and project onto a smooth white surface. Fits phones up to a maximum size of 8cm x 16cm and 3.2 x 5.7 inches.
Please note that this product is intended as a fun gift and is not suitable for commercial or professional projections. It functions by reflecting the image on your phone through a glass lens which will mean any text will appear in reverse.
I’m in the UK, what are my delivery options?
Standard Service – £3.95
We ship everything in the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class post. Your order should arrive within 2-4 working days but we do ask you to wait 7 working days before contacting Customer Service for assistance.
Next Day Service – £5.95
The cut off time for Next Day delivery is 3pm Monday to Friday, so if you place an order for next day delivery at 3.01pm on a Monday, it will ship on a Tuesday and arrive on a Wednesday.
Saturday Delivery – £9.95
Order Saturday delivery on a Friday before 3pm.
I’m really busy, who’s to say if I’ll be in or not to sign for my Express delivery – what happens if I’m out?
Our delivery carrier will leave you a ‘failed delivery’ card and also attempt a second delivery the next working day. If still unsuccessful they will take the parcel back to your nearest depot for collection within 5 days from the first delivery attempt. You’ll need to use the details on the card to arrange redelivery or collection at your convenience.
I’m NOT in the UK, what are my delivery options?
International small packages are sent via Royal Mail, larger packages are sent via Fed Ex. Prices vary according to the destination and order size / weight so the easiest way to see your delivery options is to head through to the basket summary page for a full list of destinations and prices. Fed Ex require a signature upon delivery so we can not accept PO Box addresses.
You don’t ship to my country, why not?
Customs can be a pain in some countries so we can’t ship everywhere yet, check the shipping destination drop down on the basket summary for locations and prices. If you’re country isn’t on the list we are sorry, but we do review things and may add it in in the future. If we are not able to ship to you, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a retailer in your area.
I made a mistake and don’t want my order any more, what do I do?
We understand, it happens to the best of us. Just get in touch with the customer services team here (link to contact page) within 14 days of purchase and we will give you details of how to return the product. Remember to always obtain proof of postage and once we receive it we can issue a refund.
If you want to cancel an order you’ve made but not recieved please try to contact us as soon as possible, preferably within a couple of hours and we will do our best to stop it being packed and shipped.
My order arrived but it’s faulty / damaged – how are you going to fix it?
Oh no! Whether it’s damaged or faulty we’ll get it sorted. Just get in touch with customer services here (link to contact page) with a few pictures of the product – if the package was damaged in transit please take a few pictures of the outer delivery packaging too.
