Luckies delivery policy and charges for retail customers
We can deliver to most destinations globally and are careful to always use the very best value service available to that destination.
The brilliant news is that there is a flat rate per shipment which means that you can order as many items as you like and pay the same great value delivery charge as you would for 1 item.
For all non UK mainland addresses, we offer one level of service, which is the best service at the best rate for that destination. UK mainland customers have the option of a standard Royal Mail service or a next working day Royal Mail service.
At checkout you will be given the option to write some special instructions to the delivery driver. Wherever appropriate, we recommend you use this facility to aid in the smooth receipt of your parcel. For example “If no answer please leave with neigbour at no. 54”. However, be careful not to include any sensitive information as it will appear on the outside of the box.
